I am having 8 years of experience in IT, currently working in xoriant solution before joining this company I have change more than 6 company within 5 years of experience.
Since last 3 years I am working in Xoriant solution, In xoriant culture and environment is very good and friendly. very flexible no time constraint, married women can easily do IT job in this organization. even carrier growth is very good, very much transference between management and employee, and best part is that every month they organize game, contest and all hands meet.they support of IT certification or course related to software, easily going company.
organization celebrate each and every festival and well organize.
best part is that for women whose sets very late I mean after 8 they provide home drop for women and for pregnant women they allows to do WFH, I just Love this company:-)
