I have completed my 2 years in Xicom Technologies last week but I still I feel like a newbie in the team. I always see smile on everyone's face while entering in the premises and this is what makes your day.
Its even lovable when you get congratulation email on doing something good and at the same time, a motivational email when you do something wrong. Managers @ Xicom Technologies are like teachers. You can always learn from them.
