Terrible Product n Service. Dont Waste tym n Money. Review on Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro

I bought a brand new Redmi Note 5 Pro on 10th July 2018 when I used it there was a unique problem that I discovered in my phone, whenever I use the phone heavily for 2 to 3 Hours like gaming the phone starts behaving weirdly blue boxes appear automatically and the phones touch starts operating on its own and it continues for few minutes and again the phone works normally after this problem.i thought its software bug issue so I cant replace phone, after 12 days of update from Nougat to oreo problems remains the same. I took the phone to the Nasik City service center and elaborated my problem and they kept my phone for testing and then returned my phone stating that it is normal even after providing the video proof. I asked them to test my phone under heavy condition but they said they cant test the phone as told by me. also this has happened to me 2 times by the idiot service center guys wasting my precious time.I have submitted my phone again on request on 4th Sept 2018 and  received a call from service center and they are saying that I have to uninstall my instagram because it is the root cause of the problem. but they are not ready to give me in writing about the mentioned problem. As they said that this solution is  given by mi head technical team to remove  instagarm app and not used before any new update given by mi or instagram for few months. Service manager told me that leave handset to service center for few days when Instagram giving any update we resolve these issue after updating Instagram app handset given to you. these is how they treat a brand new handset they hide their fault my handset is still in service center more than 23 days yet not find any solution. strictly recommended not buy MI Brands any product. I hope this review helps lots of people.
