I bought this phone Redmi Note 4G from Airtel Store in JP Nagar, Bangalore considering the specs of phone and reliability of Airtel selling this phone.
But as they say all chinese products are Copy and useless, this phone is no different. The phone gets hanged and start heating up during the same time every day. At the same instant when phone starts heating up, your contacts disappear and you are unable to make any calls. You stop getting notifications from applications like Whatsapp, Facebook and Gmail.
O n top of that the customer support of XIAOMI is hopeless. Neither they answer your calls nor your mails. The only way left is to reach the Service centre if it is nearby.
Overall, One should not buy such product when the Company is not responsive to the customers complaints.
