Xiaomi have recently launched Redmi Note 4. The specifications is awesome in this price rang but the phone is not good.
I'm using Redmi Note 4 of 3GB RAM and I'm facing some issue like hanging and heating on small games like Candy Crush just think about it when you play heavy games like Asphalt, Marvel Future Fight, NOVA 3 etc so, you can imagine what kind of problems come in future.
Come to the Camera. Redmi Note 4 has 13MP rear camera and 5MP front but camera quality is third class. Redmi Note 4 and Redmi 2 Prime's camera quality is almost same but Note 4's camera doesn't fit on your expectation.
Now come to the main things processor. Redmi Note 4 has Deca-core 2.1 GHz chipset but remember it has Mediatek processor. The two type of processor chipset are mainly found in phone one Mediatek which gives you a year life and good performance and second one is Qualcomm as known as Intel which gives more then 1 year your phone's life with awesome experience with smooth performance as compare to Mediatek.
