I have recently bought Redmi Note 3 which was release in February 2016.
So far it is the best phone in its price range of 12K. My earlier Samsung note 3 glass got broke. the glass costs me 10k and this phone cost 12k.

Following are the pros:
Sound quality is good and voice reception is clear. it also gives some additional feature like volte to improve voice quality.
metallic body available in 3 colours.
The phone provide you fingerprint for easy access and good grip thanks to metallic body.
The camera quality in Redmi Note 3 is average. It's good only in daylight
faster processing and multitasking
Cons:
> Battery draining lasts 1 day on continuous usage
> Ram management is bad
> Keyboard can be improved
> OS has some buys music player continuously appearing on lock screen even after turning off notification.
Overall phone is good for money.
