Xiaomi redmi note 3 is best phone which comes under 14k . the performance of this phone is very good because of snapdragon processor . it comes with 3gb RAM, 13mp and 5 MP camera and with 3000 mah battery . the battery backup of this is really good. It is totally value for money.
