Please dont go for this worst mobile. Dual sim is not working at all. If you reboot, then the second sim slot is gone. It will not show network coverage until and unless we restart several times. Also after making a call, network disappears for 5-10 seconds. There are a lot of software issues with this phone. Today when I kept it for charging, I felt it as an iron box. Heavy heating issue.
Today I have requested for a replacement. Waiting to see the condition of the new product. Delivered in 6 days at prime location in Delhi. new phone getting replacement in two days because dual SIM slot not working.mad phone restarting by itself again and again. 4-5 days for replacement for new phone. dont know will that work for dual SIM. heats a lot while charging.
Touch feel is not that great.call quality was good, finger print sensor was fast, battery backup 1.5 days, sound in earphone/home theater is really great, performance was lag free BUT BUT not smooth. lets see how replaced phone will work ( not got yet) I will not recommend! buy at your own risk because may be unluckily I got defective one from factory. first of all I would like to say thank you to Amazon to deliver this product on time.
Problem which I have faced in this product.
1) battery is not good as they have said 4000mhz
2) Its not 1.8ghz processor. it is 1.4ghz processor.
3) motion sensor is not working at all.
4) slow motion video recording view is not good.
5) camera is not good ( if you zoom photo it is stretching)
6) lots of lags I have faced while playing asphalt 8.
7) mobile getting very hot while playing the games.
