I have been using Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 since 20 days. In these 20 days I got two MIUI updates which improves the performance of the phone drastically and also reduces the heating problem. This phone heat up to 42° C which is not that hot compared to other phones. The main selling point of this mobile is its battery performance. I am easily getting around 7 hour on screen time which is far better than other mobile in this price bracket. It takes around 2-2.5 hours to get fully charged from zero.

Battery performance - lasts easily upto 7 hours.
No heating issue.
Gyroscope sensor available to view VR contents.
VoLTE technology to experience better voice over 4G network.
Sunlight technology to adjust brightness automatically according to natural/artificial light.
Price to performance ratio is good.
Service centre available in all major cities in India.
Cons:
Camera - This is one of the biggest drawback of this phone. Even this phone have rear camera of 16mp but it perform half of its megapixel. If you are looking for good camera you should avoid buying this phone. Pictures are not clear and crisp.
Hybrid Sim Tray - you can use only one sim and microsd or two sim.
No marshmallow update out of the box.
4.No fast charger, no USB Type-C.
- No screen corning corella glass protection, but Xiaomi claiming it can survive knife test.
