I purchased Xiaomi Redmi Note 3(2GB, 16 GB version) from Amazon.over 3 months ago.
Till date I have found this product a really good one with it functioning very well without any glitches so far. The following features are which I like
Sound - Good
Display- Very Good
Camera- Good
UI - Loads Fast and is nice
Touch Screen- Is very responsive
Battery Backup- Lasts for more than day if you dont game and continuously watch videos. Good for a daily routine use of phone, Drains faster while using wifi. Charging of the battery is also fast
Built- Nice and Sleek with a good finishand looks like a premium phone
Built in apps are minimal and no unnecessary apps are packed. Installation of apps doesnt take much time. Recieves network in many places where other handsets fail.
CONS: I have not yet found one for a phone of this value and price. May be time will tell.
I dont know about the after sales service as I have not yet found the need for using the service so far. May be my comments on this will be there if I use the after sales service
The specifications of the hardware is perfectly suitable for a non heavy gamer
Have and will recommend this to my friends
