I feel this review is:
I purchased my redmi note 3 16gb varinat grey color few months ago.As long as the specifications and the phone is considered, this is quite a decent and worth for money device.But what is bugging me all this while is the OS miui which is installed on all the mi devices.The memory management is pathetic and I cant keep any of my app open in background for more than 5 mins.Even the music apps get stopped in the background disabling me to listen to music for more than 5 mins.I hope miui 8 improves things
