Excellent buisness done by xaomi. Redmi note 3 is the best device you can buy for that price tag. Camera isn't great on it but it'll do work.
This is basically the device for those people who require a powerful device which can do some normal stuff like browsing, gaming etc.
And pretty much any phone can do within a pricetag of 12k ruppes. Also, you have some aesome features like IR blasters and built in sensors like gyro and stuff. The screen is not quad hd but trust me full hd is great.
