Xiaomi redmi note 3 comes with the very powerful snapdragon 650 8 core processor which makes it very fast.It comes with 16GB for around 9000 and 32GB for around 12000 model.The most imp feature in this range is its fingerprint sensor which generally comes in high end models.The 16mp power camera and 4050mah huge battery makes it a must buy.The xiaomi redmi note 3 also has 4g and volte support.so if anybody wants a powerful mobile in budget then redmi note 3 is the good option.
