Well, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4g did a very good job in the Indian market as well as globally, and recently, Xiaomi launched its successor, the Redmi Note 2 which comes with an overall very nice sheet of specs and a refreshened and improved design language!
Though the Redmi Note 2 isn't available here in the Indian market due to some petition filed by Ericcsson against the company, you can still order the Redmi Note 2 online via some websites like Gearbest.com! The would provide a chinese unit of the phone at of course, a bit higher price than what would have costed to you in the market!
Talking about the device particularly, the back of the device is made out of Poly carbonate which does give that amazing Matte finish feel to the hand! The camera to the back also has a chrome ring around it which again, looks quiet interesting! If we don't mind the camera size and position, we can say that it pretty much looks and feels like the MI 4i!
The performance of the device is again, really really nice, and I love the fact that it does not heat up while playing games, the display quality too, is really nice and at the back, the camera, is also able to take some nice shots!
The device comes with MIUI 7 pre installed and that again, feels the right thing!
Overall, the Redmi Note 2 is in my terms, a really nice smartphone and you can buy it without any problem!
