After looking impressive specs in this price range, I decided to purches this model. I know redmi has a history of its devices posing heated problem. Yet with positivee hope, orderd this and to my surprise I got delivered with a phone thats get super heated when connected to charging. Both the device and the charger tends to heat rapidly. Complained to customer services explaining this matter but they dismissing to make the refund. Experiencing worst customer service from them since last couple of day. Not satisfied with this product services. Keypad has hanged, letter are not type properly. Fingerprint sensor is not properly work. Camera quality is poor not properly focus its like a normal camera. Phone heat up while charging at room temperature within 15 minutes.
