Since past Sunday I have received my Redmi Note 4 4GB RAM & 64GB Variant, which was defective. It had a little Alignment problem due to which I was having issues while placing a tempered glass on it. When I'm putting a tempered glass on it, bubble appears in the middle of the screen. I placed a request on MI customer service for a replacement. They people told me to wait for 48 hrs they will call me back but they didn't. After no. of follow ups done by me, they said the images which I sent them was not visible properly & asked me to send again. I sent another picture in which I have compared my Redmi note 4 with another Redmi note 4 in which it is clearly visible that my handset was defective. Please go through the attachments for reference. But still MI India Customer service team were unable to Identify it. I was like WTF.even after comparing it they are unable to see the defect.
This simply ridiculous customer service provided by them. Moreover when I asked them to connect me to there senior they just transfer my call to where I don't know the bell rings but nobody pickup the call. What a Fu*ing customer service.Shame on You Guys
