The first Make In India smartphone, the Xiaomi Redmi 2 Prime is the phone you are looking for if your budget is around 7500/-.
The phone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 Chipset and houses a GPU of Adreno 306 coupled with 2GB of RAM. Multitasking is very smooth in the phone. Apart from the hardware the software is also very good. The phone is running MiUi 7 on top of android 4.4.4.
The rear camera is of 8 MP, the pictures come out to be very good and it is also capable of shooting videos up to 1080p. The front camera if of 2 MP which is capable of shooting videos up to 720p. Almost all of the Hugh end games are very much playable though their might be some lag here and there which is common.
