I have order it and received it after 5 days. its good phone and every thing is present in it. it uses a snapdragon processor and MIUI interface which is very good and customized also. it is came with LED notification and also support OTG pen drive. more customized option with MIUi 6 interface.
ADVANTAGE:
( 1) This is a very nice, light weight, slim Handset.
( 2) No hassles in using with single hand.
( 3) Value for Money( ahead of and better than( compare with) yuphoria, karbon machfive, lenovo 6000 plus, and micromax canvas xpress 2)
( 4) battery work very good for 2-3 days for normal user. for heavy user it work for 1 days full)
( 5) camera is good in light condition( both) if you take proper angal than both work fine. the front camera which is not too high on configuration, but does it matter at all, For those who just want a phone to use with almost all the latest features and apps. Basic and Good Use.
( 6) very good design and back cover in terms of holding and feel the touch of phone. good for old age person as well as MOM and DADDY .
( 7) lite mode features are v good for first time smart phone user.
( 8) it is came with LED notification.
( 9) support OTG .
for with amazon e-mail gift card so you will get additional discount. how to use e mail GC( call customer care its very easy to save 150- 200 rs more with GC)
so summary of advantage and disadvantages are as follows:

Voice quality is adequate enough to be audible.audio in headset and speakers is v good
Network Reception is good for wifi, 3G, 4G and also good for Bluetooth pairing
Pretty good internal Memory 16 gb out of which 12.7 available for user. and out of 2GB Ram 1.2 or 1.3 available for multitasking
Runs almost every necessary app.

Much Much Much better than choosing Samsung/Sony/LG Smartphones and very much cheaper than these.
Disadvantage.:
( 1) might be not good for large screen user. but for first time user and all youngsters its v good.
( 2) back panel button, home button not show light . tjis features not there.( its not very much required also)
( 3) for selfies peoples it is not v good but its above avg.
( 4) you will not get any headphone( ear phone with device) . xiomi redmi not provide headset with any mobile.
( 5) no freebies like cover, screen guard.( you can purchase online which is not costly. even some of them not need it.)
