I would not recommend Redmi Prime 2 or any other device from Xiaomi. The company, their product and service cannot be trusted.
The product gave up in just 2 months of purchase and developed following issues, the customer service center and team refused to address the concern and refused to change the charger, they claimed its physically damaged, where as the fact is it was a poor quality product which broke from basic use.
The display and touch screen had dead pixel all across and the service center would take 1 month to repair it.
The product came with a poor quality of charger which had developed a cut mark next to charging point that connect to mobile device and their service center had refused to replace it.Not a very promising product. I would not recommend this product.
