Xiaomi Redmi 2 Prime is the most affordable smartphone comes with a range of features. It was officially launched in 2015 in india. The important thing is it made in India smartphone. Basically Xiaomi is a chinese smartphone company which gives a good range of smartphones in affordable price having incredeble features. So now I will just tell you in depth features benifits and drabaks of the redmi 2 prime. It is important to tell you that I am using a redmi 2 prime since 4 months and hence now making a true review for others. So, basically there are two models named as Redmi 2 and Redmi 2 prime. There is a bit of difference between features and prices of these two phones. As you can see It is PRIME version so it has some extra features. So lets get started.
All the features of Redmi 2 Prime -
1) Look and feel - Look and feel of the phone is cool. Thers a black disply along with white or grey back cover. White backcover looks more cool but grey is not bad at all. The back cover is made up of plastic. It is very easy to handle and has a great grip in hands. The phone looks catchy and great. Final wording about look and feel, is that the phone is best and ultimate.
2) Display - It has a full HD IPS display. Its Display is about 4.7 inches which is quiet cool. The coloir saturation is great on display. The display comes with scrash resisting technology. Full HD display allows to to enjoy HD movies on device. Its display is very bright that you will not notice any kind of problem while reading or playing games. 3) Operating System - Telling about its android system it runs on MIUI 6 which is rom devoloped by the xioami company itself. Its android version is 4.4.4 kitkat which is pretty much outdated but acoording to me the android version doesnt matters as the MIUI is very freely, easy, and highly costomizable. You will not feel like you are using kitkat beacause it has some good features which are now in marshmallow like app permissions and many more. 4) Camera - Nowadays every user wants a good camera which can easy click some decent and memorable pics. Redmi 3 Prime comes with 8 MP rear camera and 2 MP front camera. The front camera can click some good selfies in the day but at night it is not able to click good pics. If there is enough light where you want to click pics then its like day and then it can easily click good pics. Talking about its back camera, the back is fab and it clicks 720p pics and the quality of the pics is fantastic in light or dark. Rear camera has a LED flash which is also a remarkable thing. Using the flash you can click good pics in the night or dark. There are some good filters in the inbuild camera app so you can just costomise your pic according to your will. 5) Proccessing and Networking - The Redmi 2 Prime comes with a 2 GB of ram and 16 GB of internal storage. 2 GB of ram is a good ram and u can easily multitask, you can run 4-5 or more apps simultaneously and there will be no lag or any problem. You can play heavy games on high settings and they will work fine. Apps are not movable to sd card but a big 16 GB of internal storage gives you permission to install and run any big game . You can increase your storage upto 32 GB . So I thing there shouldnt be any problem about ram or rom. Moving towards its networking it is compatible with 4G LTE. So you can enjoy fast browsing using 4G. It is dual sim device with dual 4G compatibility. It also supports OTG by which you can connect your PD Dongle to your mobile. 6) Sound - Sound quality of phone is great. It is pretty much louder and perfect. The inbuilt music app is also decent. Sound in earbuds is also neat and perfect. There is sound equilizer inbuilt feature by which u can costomise your sound experience. Since, I am using Redmi 2 Prime 4 months, I personally thinks this is the best smartphone in the given price range of just?6999 .
