Got this device a 6 months back. I'm satisfied with this device and its price is completely justified. Although I use it for my regular office work( so no heavy duty games installed on it) the speed hasn't been affected throughout the last 6 months. Having said that I did experience lags when exiting applications like Google Maps or Camera.
Screen size of 5' is absolutely perfect for carrying in pocket as well as holding it in hand. With the onesided mode from MI its even easier to manage it in one hand. Here's my rating
Hardware: 4/5
Software: 5/5
Heating issues: None, unless you put it in sun while driving.
Lagging: When exiting camera or Google Maps, Immediately after switching on WIFI due to sync.
Storage: optimal for smaller apps, if you install heavy duty games, you'll end up filling it up very soon
SIM Support: 4G supported, but when it comes to Airtel, they don't support this device for pushing OTA settings for 4G, I had to manually do it to make it work.
Camera: satisfactory, not stellar like Mi4i . like I said its sufficient for the price offered.
