Pros
Nice display quality.
MIUI OS has ftp server which is very usefull for file transfer.
Comes with built in app locker and folder locker
Good Battery backup while watching movies.
Has FM Radio.
Cons
Not yet on Lolipop
Display aspect ratio is not good. Most games are for 16:9 so they look wierd on this.
Back touch button comes in your way while play games causing them to pause often.
Takes a while to get fully charged.
Audio quality is just okay
Very Slippery.
Unable to find a decent case or cover. No official cover by Xiaomi
