I purchased my Xolo-zx phone in June 2020 and it was working perfectly fine, however, the part service issue I realized when my phone screen got damaged, and then the service center states the part is not manufactured now.
I paid 15000 INR for this phone as on June 2020, and within one year if the display is damaged then the company is not taking responsibility for the part and its been 5 days there is no a solution for the display. Lava customer service center doesn't know real-time basis if the part is available in which service center to advice customer please visit the same. They gave the nearest services center details but didn't inform part is not available now.
The impact on you if purchasing LAVA PHONE the moment any issue happens with your phone:
Many apps will not allow you to log in online from their website as they have made QR code scanning feature from your account which is stuck due to phone screen damaged and LAVA don't care for this impact on customer due to this.

COUNTRY LIKE INDIA THEY THINK INR 15000 IS EASY TO EARN WHEREIN 17K IS THE MONTHLY AVERAGE SALARY PERSON EARNS AND IT TAKES 5 YEARS TO SAVE FOR THE PHONE. THE GOVERNMENT DON'T BOTHER ABOUT THESE ISSUES OF PUBLIC BUT TAKE TAXES WHILE MAKE ANY PURCHASE ONLINE AND TAKE 18% GST INSTANTLY.
At the end, the problem is if the phone is working fine then no issues but if there is no backup done while saving huge data in your phone everything will be impacted and the company doesn't bother about it for the customer.
If they knew part is not available for the phones then why they are supplying the phones in the market and impacting the customer.
I need a solution today which is not given by the customer service representative and ASM for the same as already service center took 5 days and no one informed or called me to update about the same. This is the manner service is designed if purchasing phones which are not running in the market and companies impact the customers indirectly.
WHILE PURCHASING THE PHONE GOVERNMENT TOOK 18% GST FOR THEIR SECURE SALARY AND DON'T BOTHER ABOUT IT WHAT CUSTOMERS WILL BE IMPACTED IF ALLOWING COMPANIES TO SELL THE PRODUCTS IN THE MARKET WHICH PARTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE AND COMPANY DON'T KNOW REAL-TIME BASIS IF ANY CENTER HAS THE PART AVAILABLE TO SAVE CUSTOMERS TIME.
