If you're an avid photographer, want to move to android & want a lag free phone with a good screen, XOLO Q800 is highly recommended. I've been using a professional DSLR camera for years & I wanted something mobile which I could carry everywhere but gives me a similar result. This may sound as if I'm going overboard praising the phone but it has a camera that beats the Samsungs and the Sony's of the world.
The PROBLEM. I accidentally broke my screen and camera. After sales for the phone is really bad. The call center people are nice but they'll push you to the after sales center who are working not to help you but to work for themselves. They've disconnected my calls on the only working phone number(which is a mobile number and they don't pick up unknown numbers it seems at the Borivali Center).
They will discourage you to get your camera fixed or anything that requires more efforts. Sundays, they're closed. Timing is 9 to 6 so keep waiting for the Saturday. On my first visit, they asked me to go back when I came at 5 PM saying that its a half day. The woman said that there are only there for some back end work and can't entertain customers. I had to go back 12 KMS to my house without the phone getting fixed.
Its a brilliant product. Just fix the wrong people you've hired or contracted. They're killing the brand.
