On 2013 August, I purchased a Xolo Q700 mobile online . Within just 13 months' use the battery swelled up and became useless. For the last two days, I have been running from pillar to post, including Xolo Service centers, for a replacement, without success!
Mails addressed to care@xolo.in have failed to elicit any response. In the meanwhile, I found that the supplied Li-polymer battery is prone to swell in a short time and NOT recommended. The recommended battery is Li-ion. So how come, Xolo has supplied a Li-polymer battery as an original item?
