I bought a XOLO Q700 mobile last year. I was pretty satisfied with its performance and even recommended it to my friends. Till now it was performing well. But recently its battery is corrupted. Battery is actually bloated and now the mobile cover is not in a proper state.
I called up the service center, but they were too busy with something else and didn't bother to take my call.
Finally I called up the customer care. I told her the whole story. Lady attending the call promised that she will forward my complain regarding service center and for battery I can visit the service center.
As asked I visited the service center. There was no battery at the service center and they recommended to visit another service center.
Losing all optimism , I finally looked for independent vendors supplying batteries. Luckily I find one and as expected he quoted a price that is above the market price. He also told me that there is a lot of demand for XOLO batteries these days as there is some problem with XOLO batteries. I assume that these are designed to work well only during the warranty period.
Current state is that I am still looking for a battery for my mobile. May be the company wants me to buy another XOLO mobile and they really don't bother for accessories. I really can't understand what sort of service centers have they opened if the basic mobile accessory is not available there.
Thus I can find following problems with XOLO mobiles:
