I have order xolo era HD phone, which received the product with defective. First I have canceled product after the product came to my address, I was confused, shall I received/reject, but finally I have received the product and mobile was full defect.
When I was called to Gadgets360 customer, they share the service centre number, which are closed/service centre person not responding.Gadgets360 customer told me, no return policy you have to service centre. Service centre tries to repair but able to to solve the issue, so they return the product to xolo company, but still I am waiting for mobile.
Allmost one week over. Problem in mobile: Wifi Not searching I have used mobile for 2 hours: Wifi Not searching Battery not good Camera sumsung 2mp= xolo era hd 8mp Flash light very low above issue seen in tow hours. Pls don't think to buy this, after buy you will think I have not saved the money, only wasted the 5000 money. Better add one more 1k or 2k, plan other brand.
