I applied for an interview with XL Dynamics since June 2016. I been there for 5 times as of now. The interview process was for 4 months.
First I walked in they gave me some stupid Cade study on Mega Corp Pvt Ltd Working Environment. Where in the company is Chaired by Jacob Boss this company is just Fugazzy actually the case study is about XL Dynamics where in you have to understand the work enviornment and justify your job role on papers, the catch is dare you write any honest review in that case study you are eliminated. Post that you have Quantitative Analysis assesments which is based on Algebra to finish that assessment it takes and average of 3.5 hrs. Then you face the recruiter who is not even an MBA in HR but h/she will do your screening.
Post that you have an interview with GM or VP in which he doesn't even talk about your CV in the entire round of VP or GM the discussion us all about justifying company policies and procedures. Wherein h/she will discuss or inform you about past incidents wherein female was granted a Maternity Leave post that she was asked to Resign by the HR team. Then person is diagnosed with Cancer how inhuman treatment was given to that employee when h/she asked a leave for chemo theraphy.
Today I have cleared all my rounds and I am Suppose to join them from 5th September 2016. I have picked up my offer however when I sit back and think about this company it's not an environment I would prefer to work no of the employee has a smile on their face it's simply shows how frustrated they are working here.
My Honest review says never ever you think of joining this company because they don't need employee they need a bunch of donkeys or slaves who will work for the their masters respectively. And if anything goes wrong you are justed kicked as if it's fire and hire process.
One last incident I would like to share one of my friend he joined them as Financial Analyst and he worked there for Couple of years month of August he was unwell due to unforseen illness he resigned by giving a months notice. While he was serving his notice the HR team calls up and says you no need to report to work from tomorrow as company decides to have a separation with you and you owe as Notice pay out. He was not paid salary for that month and he has not even received his FnF and Pf for teh same.
One of the worst company to be associated with.
