Have worked for four companies including XL Dynamics. It was the smallest in terms of revenue and scope of operations. I would not recommend joining XL Dynamics for ANY post. Not even for peons post.


As far as ratings go, only salary part deserves one star. Forget about career growth, job security? What does it mean? Work environment - worst. CEO rating - Who cares about what the CEO is worth about for this kind of company!
