Work culture at XL Dynamics is worst as compared to others on the Healthcare& Mortgage business. Employees are treated like slaves with no growth awenues& politics based on lingual& religious lines.HR people are consuming company resources& not all helping get growth or advancement in their career. Never join this company as it is sure to ruin your future& peace of mind. You can be fired Atanu time, they hardly look at your tenure or seniority.
