After 5 months I am writing a very correct review and I wish this review will help those guys which are seeking job in XL Dynamics.Firstly I wanted to tell you all that it has been 4 months I have worked with XL Dynamics and I have resigned now.When I got the offer letter for this company I was excited because the salary was decent like in hand it been always 25k plus the incentives which can be achieved if work like more than 12 hours, haha ok lets continue after I got the offer letter I was in a fix wether to join this company or not, actually I was working previously in another company for more than a month, so I was in a fix, after reading several bad and little good reviews on GLASSDOOR, I was in a more fix, there was no one who can help out me at that time.
So finally a hard step was taken by me and I joined the company, intial tere was training for around 15days in day shift, i forget to tell that I opted the night shift in the interview, in the interview I was asked wether I am confortable to work in night shift or not, very boldy I said yes because everyone wants job that time but guys you cannot imagine but what tha yes to HR means, I was opted for night shift permanently, after the training my night shift was started, good days were turned into bad days, night shift sucks man, you cannot do a single thing in the day time, if you think optiing night shift is good thing then seriusly man you are doing the worst thing of your life, rotational night shifts are good but permanet night shifts sucks man and from the day 15 to three and half months more that I have worked in this company, I had know how each day has gone, They make you work near about 12 hours infact 10 minimum and goes beyond 13 sometimes which is hell in night shift, day ki alag bat ha yaaro:), at first I also though that night shift is easu but permanent doing continously fucks man, the work load in company is very much, Actualy after the training they split the persons according to the scores the have acheived, I was in the good department, kam ki bat aaye toh boss mere department mae kam acha tha but future use kisi ka kutch nhi hae kuki this is a US based company, the work that is done in us is purely systematic and it cannot come in India for minimum of 5-10 years because India cannot have that tpye of work as comapare to US.+points were salary was decent, 25k for B.tech is good in hand and after that you can achieve other incentives depends on your department and your capacbility, second plus point is people in night shift are good all are boys that sucks but all are friendly, they always treat you like your friend not superior not junior all are equal but dosto ladki toh cahhie hotih jo ki night shift mae nhi mikeghi, third plus point if you work in this company for more than 3-4 years you can easily have packge uptp 10 lacks very easily, HR Policies aare strict, paisa fankti have compny boss. nuksan sabse pehla Night shift permanent banda pagal ho jaegha stress and full rat kam krkeh permanet it sucks, you will sleep in day all time all time man all time seriusly I bet you all, second no future no growth your starting career will be finished jo kam yahan hota hae woh kisi aur compny mae nhi hota, if you are like failure or dumbass den u must join this compny agr kutch nhi ata tumhe den do join dis compny higly recommended because isshe asan paisa kamane ka tareeka life mae nhi milegha boss, mere life toh khtm ho gyi and I wish mere juniors and seniors mere review ko dhyn se padeh and bad like me they wont blame themselves for going in this company, In short if you want money and love night shift+you cannot do anything in life den 100% join this else don't ever think, i wish I have saved many person carrer's after spending so much time on this review hope you all guys will like it .Thanks all and thanks a lot XL Dyanmics to teach me a good lesson of my life.
