To whom one should rely for the safety?

Government: Who know better than us.

Scientist for nature calamities: Tsunami big example.

Doctors: Nothing in there hand they can try their best, and if it is a case of accident, murder, suicidal, Third degree burn, rape etc. then wait until police investigation.

We can only feel sorrow but only a person who looses can feel the pain of the lost.

Suffers of Tsunami do want our help but the more important they want is the security of the left over lives.

The help which is given is temporary.

IS THERE ANY SOURCE TO SECURE THEIR LIVES?

Can the Govt. think of providing a future security and way of regular income to them? They do not want to live their livelihood and settle in some other country. What best a government can do is to donate some funds, clothes, shelter, and food for time being. What next? What about their survival? The person who used to be the only person to run the household might have dead and whom they should rely on?

I do find the help Tsunami fund counters @ every corner but does it reach them in proposition? Is their any trace of it? For example if your employer pays you only half-month salary for whole month work, will you agree? Nope, this is because you know your fixed salary.

Don?t you think there should be a tracing of funds given to Tsunami sufferers? Because it will be the best time for the entire sectors to make money in the name of charity.

In my wild view I think the Bank in advance should send the required fund directly to the sufferers without any mediators. In return they can collect the fund from the public who are willing to donate. Every donator will be issued a receipt of assurance of fund send to Tsunami suffers. The data records will be maintained so as to publish in News papers or reach systematically. No corruption gap should be left. Can it be done?

Any new implementation for the beginners will be difficult but when it?s practiced regularly will become easier. For example if a person has a habit of malpractice will be facing hurdle to cope up with good practice but when the rules are firm and does not have loose gap then he has to cope up.

Please do help the sufferers but be sure it reaches to them. Donate only through reliable sources.
