Lage Raho-My MS Team of 2006. Review on Writing Reviews on MouthShut

Another year of MS has gone and the ship keeps sailing to new horizons and a Generation of MSians departed and the ship looked to be in troubled waters when a fresh group of young and enthusiastic MSians have boarded the ship and the new Generation 3(As per Rohit) is rocking the sail and the ship seems to be heading new avenues. It is time to relive the Year that it was 2006 with such wonderful writing talent and measured Heads evolving the art of writing with more spices and more taste typically the Indian way. They have shown us many ways to entertain and sky is the limit for these MSians until the ship stops to pick a new set of sailors.

As Cricket being my favourite game as always, here goes my team of 2006 which is simply rocking the MS ship.(Minimum 10 Revs, 200 ratings and 100 comments)

The Solid Openers:*

1. He has gone to the land of imperials but has no peer to his writing, most versatile and most solid with his trademark reviews; he is owner’s pride and everyone’s Onida.(Score-70)

   
   




2. Openers always strike in tandem and these two are in Century partnership. They say he is Sanjeev Kumar of writing and keep asking for his Haath(has golden hand on writing), for me he works so hard on his solidity but does not recommend others to work. He is a big all rounder as well with 13000 ratings.(Score-66)

   
   

The Strokemakers:

1. He has firm grip on MS road; he is the ring leader of the team and a senior pro already with his Century. He is the Captain Ponting and never gets tyred with his revs.(Score-104)

   
   




2. The most entertaining and the most lovable Batsman of MS, has all the strokes and scores them in style like Sachin with lots of Gyan. Likely to sail to Russian shores, this naval man’s swashbuckling innings will continue on MS ship as well.(Score-44)

   
   




3. He makes you T H I N K on his pad, he does not recommend Viagra for heart. Loves the big Bee and old music, he has the Kalla for all. Like Martyn, highly under rated.(Score-34)

   
   




4. The Doc has arrived in style, clinical in advice revs and cowy on food. He is here to stay for big haul.(Score-21)

   
   

Wicket Keeper:

7.Loves his 8 month old son(see his pic on profile), the Gurgaon guy makes us dumb struck with his takes on and off revs, has a score to settle on Shri with Elephant. Makes his presence felt behind the rev wkt as well.(Score-13)

The Pace battery-specialists to the core*

1. MM of Music, M for Melodies and M for Mumbalkar, lives in Devil's Paradise.(Score-44)

   
   




2. Young, racy with penchant for Formula 1, enjoys Mclaren, hates Schumacher, gets on and off the track and seems to be in Nervous Nineties.(Wkts-92)

   
   




3. H wrote madly on music, he became sad and went of, delightful person and I am sure he will come back with a bang.(Wkts-43)

   
   




4. By Jo, has reached great Hayts on Hollywood movies and oldest Member of this team. Comes from carmel, her revs are sweet as caramel.(Wkts-71)

   
   




5. My Gosh, A Star without pride and prejudice turns knobs on your brain with his movie revs.(Wkts-49)

   
   




6. From Desert, he is learning to touch the sky. He will keep writing on movies until the sky falls on him. Looks like has done manu shastra on Movies.(Wkts-71)

   
   

Sweet Spinners-They bowl you out on every Wkt(Rev)

1. The Bangalorean writes straight from her heart and bowls everyone over. Has penchant for eat outs, Fashion and lifestyle, She is as professional as Jumbo and you will one day see A J Road as well on her name.(Cos all MSians are cued to the madam Royale’s abode.(Wkts-44)

15.Mega Star from North, eyeing for more coveted place because she spins square revs like Warney, Her Noodles bowl you out like the Warney’s Googly, simply a big name in MS.(Wkts-71)

16.So young in MS, but motherly experience with huge loop on rev with several doosras, takes you from Head to tail spin of Essel world and great analogies at work, my Muralitharan of MS.(Wkts-23)

17.She is Angel of writing, can write on everything under the Sun, an old timer of MS and hoping for some more than 25.(Wkts 54)

The Contenders:

18.He recommends cartoons for adults and takes us back to memory lane on TV shows, he is yet to fly high, but has Jumbo’s heart and knows to sign seven drinks.(Score-11)

1. Being an artist, he pours life on classical movie legends and has immortal MS id.(Wkts-11)

   
   




2. He is the half Saint from the God’s own Country, Preaches lot of advice revs, loves Athirapilly(Score-37)

   
   

For sweet spinners, these are not definitely an order of preference, but for the convenience and role in the team, I know you are big Match Winners in MS.

If you are wandering where the big and old names of MS are, you have to rewind back 57 revs of mine to find some of the most amazing writers. It is unfortunate that there are so many writers these days, but only one all rounder in the Red Battery to replace Mayank & Nishant in my previous team. Only one Priest who preaches Laughter therapy with his many smiles/rev remains an official Jester of MS, But He always eats the humble pie and is the champion motivator for the new Generation. He is myHappy Coach(no, not Gregie) of this young and dynamic team.

Awaiting brickbats from all those MSians who could not find themselves here and firmly feel that THERE ARE NO FIRST AMONG EQUALS IN MS and these are the one who have caught my eyes.For those Contestants, star oh Manias and writo writers, others ka review Reada Karo and come into comments where there is life.The late year burst of old timers augurs well for the MS circle with the Stars of Gen 2(Adi, Sujata, Rohit, Ambuj, Amit, Pras . . .) supporting the budding stars of Gen 3.
