I bought world space ...1 for me 1 for my mom.....my moms rcvr ws ok, ...and after 2 mnths my reciever started mal functioning...i called up world space and they told ws a problem and they need to send it to hyderabad. I said ok. they sent it and provided me an alternate rcvr which worked for not more than a month or 2....then I waited for 3 months for them to come back and fix my own rcvr at my place ...
Again says hasa problem and need to send it back...2nd time...after 6 mnths one fine the agent comes home and tells me to renew my subscription without my rcvr...i told him to get my rcvr frst...he called hyd office and then tells me that the recievr ws sant bck aftr rprd 2 mnths bck...he had it in his office for 2 months and nvr bothered to look whos it it...next day he brought mine and fixed it and I gave him 2 cheks for 1000rs each from my wifes savings account and asked him to renew my rcvr as well as my moms rcvr....
Here starts the problem again...
after promising that he would do it in a day he never truned up for 2 dys..
i planned to cancel the check bcoz whne my wife ws calling him for the passwords he was speaing very rude.i planned to cancel the chks and thn to renew it online...
i have renewed it online and the ref # is WS-WEB-ren170608-45133R...and they charged me 1000rs for it ....
now even the 2 chks cleared from my wifes account and that agent turned up the 4th day renewed them with his passwords.
so the 1000rs I paid online I never got them back nor the subscription fr tht....
i have been contacting world space from 18th june 2008 and todat is 14 july 2008 still getting a run around for my money.....
They claim that fr rx # 178549 they have done online renewal , but in front of my eyes the rep from arunodaya corporate services vizag has enterd the password in to my rx id....
they stole my money....they stole my time....and now giving me a run around....
i promise would never recommend world space to any one....
lucking I work in a corporate office with 4000 employees and we have a way to forward our reviews and would make sure that world space wouldnt get anymore buisness atleast from the people I know .....
