This is a book I am having for more than 5 years I got this book from my father. This is a well written and practical guide to the emotions. This is a book I would prefer for all those people who think that a great IQ is all we need to get successful in life this book teaches us the value of emotions in the world. This book comes with five parts which includes part one dealing with The emotional brain. Part two comes with the nature of emotional intelligence. Part three is about Emotional intelligence applied in real life. Part four deals with windows of opportunity and comes the fifth part is the best part of the book is all about emotional literacy. This book is one best book in the world ever written so go on for this book.
