I started reading this book when somebody told me its a good book for learning good english .i wanted to learn new words. Mostly it is used by students who are preparing for competition examination.Because it contains words that are normally not used or used by high qualified english writers. So it gives an edge on other by learning difficult words like "AMBIDEXTROUS"is a world we normally do not see much in normal life.
So if you have craze for learning better english you should go for it.
Norman Lewis also suggests how to learn these words. he tells it comes by daily practice and revision of previous parts again n again.
Sometimes after reading for a weak one get bored or tired.But there you should try to tell yourself that it is difficult initially to learn but you will feel pleasure after learning and applying it in your speaking and writing.
One should understand this book can make you ahead of many people.you will be proud of your learning.
Its readability is good .everything is explained very widely .How to pronounce the word.It may take look tedious job sometimes but you should continuously keep reading it.
