The manager knew that he has defective shoes & still tried to sell these out. Well, that’s really not what’s expected from a brand like Woodland. It is a popular brand among people across the world. I walked into a Woodland store to purchase a brand new pair of the trademark big soul shoes. I had worn it once only & the second day, the soul came off. It didn't just break, the soul came off completely. I went in to return it for a fresh piece, but they wanted me to take the same piece repaired. Seriously? Here are some things that Woodland as a retailer cannot decide for the customer:
You cannot decide that I should wear damaged shoes & pay the price for new ones.
You can't decide that I should wear the same model shoes that I found defective.
It's not your money to decide. I'm paying, so I decide what kind of a shoe I want to wear. If I have to wear a broken shoe then it will only be if I want to wear a broken one, not because you cannot maintain your standards.
