Woodland Cinema is located at Virar West. It is a single screen theatre that runs very few shows throughout the week.
Woodland is one of those theatres that is still broadcasting the movie Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jaayenge. Virar is more of an undeveloped zone on the outskirts of Mumbai, and to have a theatre here is sort of a bliss for people there who are m=fond of media entertainment.
The talkies is small and runs mostly the current movies that have been released. The tickets rates are really cheap and divided into three categories, but the cost never exceeds more than Rs. 50.
It is a listed theatre and you can easily book tickets at the counter or through Bookmyshow.com. The good thing is that it shows even the non-Hindi movies. The sound and picture quality is average and so is the seating arrangement. It is a well-maintained theatre with crown flowing, mostly belonging to the localites.
