I feel this review is:
I am a new customer from Indore.Purchased a wooden sofa set from store via online payment.Rceived the product after 30 days.There was a huge defect on one of the products.The delivery person took the picture of the defect and left.Next we called the store manager who assure us at the time of purchasing that he will help us if any problem comes in future.So as promised he said he will arrange the pick up.2-3 weeks went buy but no one came.The store manage asked us to mail to customer support team.We did that also.Still no response.Called them a number of times.Every just lies to us that our problem will be resolved.Its been more than a month after delivery.No one cares in wooden street.I hope this company shuts down early.They are not worthy of our money.
