Placed an order on 20th Sept after the agent promised the delivery will be done in 15-20 days. Have tried to reach support and was promised call back many times but never got call. On 1st Oct was informed by chat support that the order passed QC and is ready to ship and no response after that. Finally managed to connect to phone support today(9th Oct) and the agent told me that it was stuck in QC(QC failed after passing one week back?). She said she has escalated this and I will get email/ call and again no response after this.
False promises by sales agents
You get many calls before placing the order to push to place order but once you have placed order, no one cares.
Customer support is pathetic and they pretend that they are going to something but don't take any action.
