Worst customer service. Have ordered few products worth a lac. mattress was too small and these guys are adamant not to change it. complaint raised immediately. first of all order takes ages to deliver and even immediately complained they took ten days to respond. website has a glitch when I placed the order. we added the product with required dimensions then selected the image again from cart to check the inch of the mattress and proceeded with order but in this case the system took it with the basic size and we didn't check it. once received we called and raised complained but they denied to change it not refund though it's the fault at their end. customer care agent Sahil bluntly said they are helpless and didn't even call back after assuring call back in half hour.
What can a customer do with this kind of mattresses where it's not possible to sleep.
We are going through a mental agony as we can't sleep on this small mattress so we are managing on sofa to sleep. The worst experience of our life. Either immediately replace or refund. it's a nightmare for us.
