Wonder properties/ wonder futura/bharati Developer. Review on Wonderproperties

Being a flat owner of Wonder "Futura" project and

sufferer at hands of this builder,

I think my review would help those who are willing to buy

house in a project undertaken by this builder.

First of all, please visit "wonder futura" project

and see it yourself the quality, the timely completion of the project and level

of service.

This project was supposed to be finished and the flats been

handed over to owners in June 2006.

Sadly this is still not completed and everyone really doubts

it would ever.

1. The builder(Bharati Developers/Wonder

properties), fails to deliver the finished product in time.  The project was

supposed to be completed in June 2006. He committed various dates in the due

course, but the project is still not complete.

2 Their priorities are driven by  his own benifits and not by your needs . Least bothered about the financial losses, mental stress caused due to delayed completion of your flats, he can ignore completion of your project for his own goods.

"Wonder Funkey"

a hotel/game zone/fun zone built opposite to wonder futura is a fine example of this.   When construction

for Funkey started, futura was half built. funkey is complete and a big

success. Sadly Futura is still crawling and begging for attention:(

1. When we bought a flat in this project, he committed us

such a fantastic and irrestible pool of hi-fi amenities.  But the ground

reality is, it still doesn't have basic amenities like lifts to all buildings,

clean passages, Parking(We paid for) and first of all possession to all

owners.

He won't be bothered

to launch "Wonder Integra", even when residents/owners of futura are

in dark and waiting for project completion.

Soon I will be putting pictures of sad state of this project

on cyber space.

I would like to appeal all those who are trying to find

their dream homes with help of this firm, think again do your homework by

visiting "wonder futura".

It is on Mumbai

Bangalore Highway, 1.5 km from chandani Chowk

towards warje. This firm can easily turn you dream of owning your own house in

to nightmare.

Be warned; don't commit the same mistake we did.
