A movie sometimes ignites a spark that you just cannot ignore. When I eneterd the hall to watch Woh Lamhe, I was not expecting much from the movie. I left with the same feeling but somehow the movie came back to haunt me.
Are we really Living is the question that came to my mind. Though we all are doing the same activities like eating, working, enjoying but in the core of heart we all know that there is something missing in our life. We as humans always try to chase our dreams but somewhere in between we compromise our situation and becomes part of what people call success. We all try to force the situation rather then wait for the situation to force things for us. Because of fear we hold our emotions and just don't do the things which otherwise will make us happy. Woh Lamhe simply reminds us of those few moments when we really lived.
I don't say that Woh Lamhe is a milestone in Indian cinema, but is just good enough to let us think what we are doing. We try to control Love but this force cannot be controlled. How many of us were able to control our emotions before falling in love with another person. There are surely some moments in this movie who will take us back to the memory lane and put a question mark on our actions. If we are in Love just go and tell the other person rather then waiting for the right moment. May be it's too late.
LOVE: We all know what is love till someone tells us to define it. Love cannot be expressed in few lines but needs a lifetime to be explained. If we think little deeply, everybody's life consists of few scaterred memories here and there. It can be anything hanging with friends, moving your fingers in her hair, watching snowfall while sipping a hot cup of tea togther, papa's anger on your palm or that extra pocketmoney on birthday. Life consists of such memories. In the business of our life we just try to ignore many times the hints life show us to again follow our dreams. But how many are brave enough to leave evrything for that.
I thank everybody for their patience to read this not a typical movie review. I also would like to ask them a question. Where you stand now is really the same place you always wanted to be??????
