Wipro is a worst place to work with. People working for years complaint that there is no increment in salary. They prefer hiring out sider when there is requirements, they don't give chance to the employee who are working since years. There are no internal job posting done. It's done for name sake but at the end of the day they prefer hiring out sider. They do not fulfill the basic requirement like the cafeteria, wash rooms are even worst case. They do not pay well but make sure that each and every employees work like a donkey. Worst place to work.
