And from his university campus he got selected through the interview. Off course from a big company and we were happy. He got recruited in pune branch. His salary is not 18k per month and he is now permanent.
He told me yes this job is very helpful for his career growth. Bcoz there are many opportunities there to work on it. Plus new things can be learned from work. As well as that company is helping him to increase his self confidence. There is high job security like government jobs.
