If you want to switch to a different Company, I request you all to serve the notice period first and then leave. It happened with me. I got selected in a different company and wanted to give a spot resignation by paying out the notice period.but they did not allow me to do so.atlast I was forced to leave the offer from that new company and stay back in Wipro.


Can any one help me on how shall I get a spot resignation accepted?


Please.if anyone can help me then it would be very kind of him/her.
