Hello to all at Mouthshut.com

Here I am with yet another issue...

Yes...i am trying to throw some light on this issue which is in news these days...

Issue is related to Azim Premji, the chairman of the Wipro, that's why chosed this category...just be clear abt the category...

The daring and honest statement of Azim Premzi - the lead person of a renowned IT company Wipro, has opened a debate on:

“Is Premji right to go against job quotas in Wipro?”

Wipro chairman Azim Premji had announced on Wednesday that the software major wouldn't open its doors to reservations.

Feeling unhappy on job quota against global advantages that merit brings along. He bravely said ''Wipro believes in hiring people based on merit only''. He was so daringly commenting on Prime Minister's supplication to industry captains to voluntarily extend the quotas, Premji said the only way to compete globally was by hiring the ''best-in-class'' people, either from India itself or form the rest of the world, if needed. Our greedy politicians trying to put our beloved country in 'Reservation Marsh' once again just to be safe for next elections. They always in need of some thing that can help them in future to show off their doings for the society, irrespective of its results.

Do you people think current ruling parties have any right to reserve a portion of the

private sector jobs for the backward or scheduled classes?

Or is Azim Premji taking the right stand for maintaining quality at workplaces?

I got very interesting comment on this issue, honestly saying I got these comments thru mail, I would like to share this interesting stuff with all my friends, so I am posting this with my review...

''I think we should have job reservations in all the fields. I completely support our innocent Prime Minister, Mr. Man Mohan Singh... yes I can write him as innocent coz we all very well know that he is just a face of the ruling party, and all the politicians for promoting this issue. Let's start the reservation with our cricket team. We should have 30% for OBC & SC/ST classes. Also cricket rules should be modified accordingly. The boundary circle should be reduced for an SC/ST player. The 4 runs hit by an OBC or SC/ST player should be considered as a 6 and a 6 hit by a OBC or SC/ST player should be counted as 8 runs. If anyof these player scoring 60 runs should be declared as a century.

We should ask ICC to make some new rules for our players so that the Super Fast Express bowlers like Shoaib Akhtar & Bret Lee should not bowl fast balls to our OBC or SC/ST player. Bowlers should bowl maximum speed of 80 km per hour to these players.

Any delivery above this speed should be made illegal. Or they can be given one more chance to bat if they were out by the opponent.

Also we should have reservation for such players in Olympics. Like in the 100 meters race, an OBC or SC/ST player should be given a gold medal if he runs 80 meters and wins the race. (may god bless other athletes)

There can be reservation in Government jobs also. Let's recruit SC/ST and OBC pilots for aircrafts which are carrying the ministers and politicians - that can really help the country...

Ensure that only SC/ST or OBC doctors do the operations for our patriotic ministers and other politicians. Another good way of saving the country...

Conclusion

I am totally agree with Azim premji's statement. Our country has already given enough time to grow for them. Azim Premji is absolutely right to his faith, for any industry to stand still in this competitive market, companies can depend only on the

talent of employee, government can't help them in any respect. Reservation of any respect only shows distorted approach to problem solving, create dissatisfaction in the mind of eligible & competitive aspirant who lost an oppurtunity either for

admission in graduate college viz medical, engineering or lost an job oppurtunity. Think how many elgible person lost good opportunity at the time of starting career just and the same person could have been the best mind to contribute nation

growth??

We can stop at least some Brain Flow from our country, our talent will serve to our soceity, but it is only possible if we

take some important decision and stop reservation in each and every field...

Let's be creative and think of ways & means to guide INDIA forward...

Let's show the world that INDIA is a great country.

Let's be proud of being an INDIAN..

Hats off for the guts and daring of Azim Premji!!!

Long Live our beloved nation...

Jai Hind...
