Wipro has really gone down the drains. The compensation at onsite are low, varies person to person. If you have management relationship, you can manage to get hike. Else for others it is at beggar's level. If you are white, american and have studied in a US college, Have good companies to show in your resume you will get good salary even if you add no value and like most of them do today. If you are of Indian origin and come from India, you would be discriminated on salary. HR is non existent, Policies are pathetic. Simply the company does not care..
