Wipro company is a well known name in IT sector and people think getting into wipro is always a life changer but it may not like that if you are on a low designation.
My cousin works in wipro and here is what I came to know : -
1.Salaries are quite low if you have joined recently, but work load is very high.
Job discrimination is very high and every superior guy will make you feel : - I am the boss
Low bonus or no incentive and over time. No over time if you stay for long.
But wipro is definetly a company where you can grow.So I rate it 3/5 from personal and real life experience.
