The HR team has no clue on what they want or who they want. I sometimes think they conduct fake interview just to show off that they have projects. They make you wait the whole day and then come out and say "Sorry the panel is not ready".
Else they tell u tat u r selected and get all ur documents...and u wait and wait...till u call them up after 3 weeks and they say "sorry the position is on hold" or some similar crap. I wonder how this MNC manages to run on day to day basis wit such a crappy HR team.
